Do Depo Shots Cause Sore Teeth And Numbness In The Mouth?

I received my depo shot today ity was on time I have been on it for 4 yrs I am wondering if what I am experiencing is a ide-effect from that since it just started a few hrs after the shot I took a nap and when I woke up my front teeth at the top were a bit sore and the roof of my mouth was numb. The soreness went away but the numbness is still there. Is depo the case?

Hi,

No, the symptoms are not related to Depo shots. In some females, Depo shot may cause dry mouth. No definite treatment is required. You can just drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
