Hello,

Thank you for asking at HCM.

I went through your history and would like to know more about you like - a. Did you have any such complaints previously? b. Did you have fever? c. Do you have repeated colds & cough or nose obstruction or sneezing? d. Do you have repeated headaches or facial heaviness or chest burning or feeling regurgitation of fluids after large meals? e. Do you smoke or are you regularly exposed to smoke/dusts/air pollution?

Above details would help me to reply you more specifically.

At present, I would like to make suggestions for you from your given history as follows:

1. If it is the first time episode, Doxolin and Montek-LC would help wheezing. Please complete the duration of the medications suggested by your doctor. If they do not help, salbutamol can be added to above.

2. If such symptoms occur frequently/repeatedly, I would suggest you to use Salbutamol inhaler on as-and-when-needed basis which relieves wheezing. In that case, I would also suggest you allergy testing which will help you identify the substances causing allergies to you as well as to know the measures to avoid them.

3. I would also suggest you regular steam inhalation and plenty of warm fluids during the day.

4. In general, please avoid exposure to dusts, smokes and air pollution as much as possible.

Hope above suggestions will be helpful to you.

Should you have any further query, please feel free to ask at HCM.

Wish you the best of the health ahead and a very good recovery.

Thank you & Regards.
