Do Duphaston And Hifolate-D Help In Preventing Miscarriages?

I m currently 8 weeks pregnant but ultrasound report shows 6 weeks and there is some blood found around the sac. Also spotted few days backDoctor has prescribed me roxid-300 once daily. I m also on medication of hifolate-d-once daily, duphoston-10 twice and asa-50 twice. Kindly advice is the medication OK. I m worried. Kindly help. I m 37 yrs and have two miscarriage before.
