Do Duzela And Gabaneuron Cause Weight Gain And Irregular Menstruation?

my wife aged 40 has been Rx Duzela 40 along with Gabaneuron100 but she is gaining weight of late . she was Rx medication for spinal nerves which are depressed at two points . she has problems in her menstrual periods also .is this side effects of medication/ please suggest
