Do Emanzen D Tablets Cure Neurological Problem?

I have problem between my chest..I have terrible pain in that area and the pain is radiating towards my back.So i had been to the doctor and she told me that its regarding neurological problem and gave me this Emanzen D tablet . Does this tablet works for Neurological problem pls help me out?
