Do Fentanyl Patches Affect Fertility?

Does fentanyl patches affect sperm and fertility. I use a 75mcg and a 12mcg patch changed out every 24 hours. I am 240lbs age 36. The fentanyl is to help with pain associated with my muscular dystrophy. I had been changing every 48 hours however after around 36 hours my symptoms didn t appear to be managed so the Dr at the pain center and their pharmacist instructed me to change the patch every 24 hours. Primarily the patch relieves the muscle spams in my upper back allowing me to breath almost normally and walk somewhat normal.
