Do HCG Drops For Weight Loss Cause Severe Tooth And Jaw Pain?

Hello, I woke up out of the blue with severe tooth and jaw pain, pretty much my entire mouth is aching. I went to bed fine and a couple hours later...this! I take good care of my teeth, no other symptoms, had all molars removed at age 15 and I am a healthy 31 year old. On side note I was taking hcg drops to lose 10 lbs and wonder if that is what is causing it however I have not experienced this on 3 prior days taking drops. Confused and concerned... Thank you.
