Do Hyaluronic Acid Tablets Cause Cancer?

Does hyaluronic acid oral tablets cause cancer? Some websites say no. HA is present at cancerous growths because it is the body's natural response to the trauma (cancer). Yet other websites go as far as to say that adding HA to cancerous growths in test tubes accelerate the spread of cancer. So, I am a bit confused on what to believe and if I should continue to take HA supplements. Can you provide any insights?
