Do I Go To Doc After Cough, Flu, Headache ( Developed After Dusting)which Are Not Going Away From Over The Counter Medicines?

hello my name is ilse and I been sick of could or flu for almost for days, I take over the counter medicine and I didn't get any better, in fact I noticed that the cough increased and the headache doesn't stop, do I need to go to doctor? I am afraid of getting neumonia. as I remember all started after I finished undusting the windows blindes at work with out protecting my nose or my mouth, after I done cleaning all the dust I started coughing often and more and more, the next day I started to feel sick and on the third day I got the flu or cold.
