Do I Have Breast Cancer If Biopsy Shows Atypical Cells?

I am 4.5 yrs post R breast lumpectomy. I had 2 tumors measuring 2cm combined, ancillary node dissection with 5 of 10 nodes positive. I was staged IIIA, grade 2. I received 8 treatments of chemo and 6 weeks by 5 days of radiation and am currently on Tamoxifen 20mg daily. I recently had my annual mammo which showed a small cluster of microcalcificaton, which I asked to be biopsied. The result was negative for DCIS or invasive cancer, however showed atypical cells. How likely is it that I still have breast cancer and what about my lymph system?

Hello dear. Your biopsy results have shown atypical cells which may be cancerous. You need to undergo repeat large biopsy(excision) to make it clear. There is always a risk of relapse of cancer so you please contact your doctor for biopsy. It has nothing to do with your lymph system.
