Hi Doc. I was diagnosed with diabetes type 2, 2 yrs ago, i am physically active, walk a lot and do my aerobics 2x a week. I m 60 yrs old, slim ang above not very keen of sweet food and junk food. I am the only one has this disease in the family. My blood sugar never been up to 8, at the same time diagnosed with high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I lost my husband 7 yrs ago, and I suffered depressions, and a lot of stress. Is this the caused of my diabetes? I watch what I eat. Do I have to continue to take my Metformin? My family doctor never said anything. Thank you and will appreciate any information you could give me. Yolly
