Do I Have Tonsillitis ?

My throat is very soar ... I can't even swallow my own saliva its hurts so bad .. its feels real swollen and raw .. i also get an occasional cough and I cannot breathe through my nose as cleary as I could before. Tommorow will be the 5th day this has been happening. I also cannot sleep properly please help ... thanks.

this needs antibiotics to be used for a course along with the other medications, it needs thqt you take a throat seab for the culture and sensitivity test.
