Do I Need Betagenic Cream Or Lotrix For Small Bumps, Red Patches, And Itching On My Penis Head And Testicles?

Hi i have small bumps and red patches on my penis head(glans) and there are many small pimple like bumps on my testicles also actually bigger than pimples and they itch so much and my penis head also hurts and burns whenever it touches a cloth of my pants or wherever i wear i am using fucort-H cream on my penis head and testicles but not getting much result and someone suggested me to use betagenic cream or lotrix plz guide me
