Do I Need A Surgery To Treat Phimosis Or The Inability To Pull Back Penis?

Im 18 years old, i noticed i couldn't pull back the skin of my penis when i was young approximately 8 or 9 when i was little i thought it was normal, but as i grew i knew it wasn't, i never said anything to my parents id not know why but i literally can't pull anything back and i have never seen the head of my penis, but i did some research and i i kept coming upon phimosis and it says i would most likely need surgery, is there a way to fix this?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe and find out it is the phimosis, due to the fibrosis of the fore skin ring.
The probable treatments are the just a cut at the end of the fore skin so that it may allow the skin to role back.
The other is the circumcision of the fore skin, means cutting the skin of the fore skin up to the base of the glans.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you
