Do I Need A Vaccine For A Mild Tooth Scratch From A Street Puppy?

Hi...while im feeding to a street puppy dog...i got a mild or small scratch by his tooth...i washed with soap for a while and applied santizer over there...still now i didnt get any irritation or infection...but fear is killing me ...do i need to put any vaccine?
