Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear friend i read you question and understand your concern
in my opinion most of isolated Hypertriglyceridemia are due to genetic origin.
most of them who are below 500 do not need treatment
i suggest you to treat it naturally
take at least 200 grams of fish per week,Daily morning take two cloves of garlic raw before taking food
I suppose I have given the desired response if you have any other query please write back.

Best Regards.
