Do I Need To Go To Urgent Care For A Deep Finger Skin Flap That S White?

I got a deep skin flap cut on my finger via knife and it has been 24 hours since. It has stopped bleeding. I have cleaned it and have antibiotic ointment on it with a bandage. However, the skin flap is white. I want to know if I need to go the Urgent Care or ER or if this will heal on it s own.
