Do I Need To Retake Azithromycin From The Fas-3 Kit If I Vomited An Hour And A Half After Taking It?

I was prescribed fas3 kit for an infection 10 days ago. When I took the second pill ie azithromycin I vomited after one and half hour of taking it. So do I need to take the pill again or repeat the whole kit or is it no necessary to take it now? Was azithromycin absorbed in my blood in 1.5 hrs?? Is it okay to take it after 10 days again?
