Do I Need To Take Tonact TG Continuously?

Dear Sir, I am a female aged 39+ . I am having high triglyceride since last 2-3 years. Whenever I take Tonact TG regularly, I am fine but the moment I stop taking it, I start putting on weight, and it appears water retention problem starts. Also I am always breathless and have difficulty in walking (pain in my body all over)....Do I need to take Tonact TG continuously ??
