Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of ashy dermatosis, my treatment advice is -
1. There is no need of leprosy medicines for ashy dermatosis.
2. Actually leprosy medicine like clofazimine may worsen the pigmentation.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Apply a glycolic acid lotion like glyaha lotion once at night on the lesions.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
