Do I Really Need Spine Surgery For Sciatica If My Only Issue Is Pain While Standing Or Sitting For Long Periods?

Me sager, from kaithal last year my spine is very pain bcs of sciatica. I have MRI MY SPINE so i consult dr. He suggest me surgery but my budget is vry low then I ask drs. I need surgery or not . Bcs my problem on racing and seating long time other than is fully ok
