Do Lacticare And Clear Gel Applied Together To Reduce Facial Darkness Have Any Side Effects ?

hi my name Tanushree, my facial darker as compared to my hand and legs , and i have dark circles my face skin got tanned.
I went to Dr he gave me lacticare hc 1% and clear gel abd said to mix both and apply twice day and night
and gave a suncream, and also told to apply kojivit fir month . my concern all this cream i am told to apply will it make thinning of my facial skin and my skin more prone to sun , and dose these cream have any side effects

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Lacticare HC 1% contains Hydrocortisone that is a Steroid while clear gel.is Aloevera gel and kojivit is Kojic Acid containing cream..
It is true that Steroid containing creams or ointments like Lacticare can have side effects over the skin like skin thinning, rashes, pimples, increased hair growth etc..
Kojic acid containing creams are safe as Kojic Acid is Mushroom extract and not harmful..
You can use Lacticare under supervision of dermatologist but long term use can be harmful..
So my suggestion would be to avoid using Steroid cream or lotion and can continue with Kojivit..
Wash your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can also apply Glycolic acid containing creams and azelaic acid preparation..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week..
Take Vitamin C supplements..
Limit sun exposure and always apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
