Do NSAIDs Cause Stomach Ache?

I am currently experiencing tooth pain and have been taking large amounts of NSAIDS to cope until I can see my dentist. Now, I am experiencing pain in my stomach and between my shoulder blades. What should I do? If I stop the NSAIDS, I am in a lot of pain but my stomach really hurts too.

The large dosages of NSAID you are taking will cause acute gastritis, and erosion of the gastric mucous. This would cause upper abdominal burning sensation, pain, nausea. Please consult your dentist about stopping NSAID and taking a pain medication which does not cause gastritis, like tab Tramadol. Please also get the dental treatment done at the earliest, so that you can stop all pain medications soon.
