Do Plavex And Aspirin Cause Bleeding?

I recently had two stents installed. Since I have Diabetes, my blockage was caused by calcium blockage. They were drilled out and stents installed. I am on Plavex 75 mg daily and an adult aspirin. Bled some after catheter was removed from groin and yesterday I had a bladder scan due to bladder cancer two years ago.Bled some after the procedure, which I get quarterly. No bleeding previously. Does the Plavex and aspirin make me more likely to bleed.
