Do Trizanidine, Naproxen And Gabapentin Cause White Patch Inside Throat?

I ve recently been prescribed Trizanidine, naproxen and gabapentin for neck, and back pain. After a few days of taking them I noticed a white bump on left tonsil, white patch on back of throat and a few red dots on right side of throat as well. I have a dry mouth but nothing really painful. No swelling of tonsils or sore throat as long as I m hydrated I m fine. What could this be exactly?
