Do Tugain And Follihair Help Control Hair Loss?

Hello doctor, i am 18 years old male and suffer from intense hair loss from past one year. At first, i tried some anti-hairfall oils and shampoos for nearly 8-9 months and none of them worked. So recently i visited a dermatologist, like one month ago and he prescribed Tugain 5% sol. , follihair tablets and an anti-dandruff shampoo ( yes i do have dandruff too) . So will these help to control hair fall and regain some hairs? :/ I am really worried doctor. Please help. :|
