Do Z Pill And Clear 72 Have Harmful Side Effects?

I have done sex with my husband yesterday , he was wearing condom.We dont want any baby right now.But still i afraid so wanted to take any contraceptic pills as a prevention.I heard few name like ipills but its not available in any store at my place, and another i saw zpills and clear 72.So just wanted to consult like which one will be good pills with light side effects.
