Do Abscesses Under The Arms Take Long To Alleviate?

I have had boils under my arm for about 2 weeks I have been on antibiotics and just finished my last pill. I still have them and more are coming. I have been putting hot compress on them . and neosporn on them . when will they all go away . and when can I go swimming again
