i am 29 yrs old married female.i used to have acnes before 4 yrs ie before marriage but then afterward it was not there but now again I have started getting severe acne i.e cysts since last 2 months, i have been prescribed doxicycline and clindac lotion but what i think is these are because of hormone problem because i am facing problem of less periods hardly 2 days earlier it was there for 5 days.now what should i do? i am quite stressed because of this problem

In your case as we can find that you have has cystic acne so it is quite important to take a proper course of therapy. In your case as you are married too so you need to take safer medications. In my patients with your kind of condition I prefer to give a pulse dose of azithromycin with topical application of benzoyl peroxide or azelaic acid gel in different concentrations.
