Do Antibiotics And Percocet Affect Normal Periods?

Two months ago I had sex with a condom, but it broke. The next day I went and bought the morning after pill and took it within 24 hours of having sex. About a week later right on time I got my period and it was normal. 3 days before I got my period I was in the emergency room because I had a pilonidal cyst that abscessed. While in the hospital they lanced the cyst and had me on morphine. When I left the hospital they had me on antibiotics and Percocet. Would this disrupt my normal period? Right after the hospital 2 days later I got my period for September.. I haven’t got my period yet this month, and I am 7 days late. I took two pregnancy tests that were negative. I feel like I have my period but there is just no blood..same bloating feeling I normally get, and it actually feels like there is something coming out of me, there is just no blood.
