Do Antihistamines Help Alleviating Nausea And Dry Heaves?

hi iam a dialysis patient, and I take renvela , I ve been on it 2 months , and suddenly I can t eat anything without feeling nauseated. I gag like I am going to vomit , but I get dry heeves, I have no pain. and these symptoms are lasting longer and returing even when iam not eating. even smells of food will cause these symptoms. is there something over the counter I can take ,I read antihistamine helps

I really appreciate your concern, underlying cause of the symptoms is matters here and routine blood test with urine test and liver enzymes test are advisable along with this clinical examination is too necessary hope this information helps.
