Do Any Of These Medicines Trigger Heart Attack?

My daughter, age 59, died recently. She took many different drugs (Gabapentin, Topiramate, hydralazing, triamt/HCTZ, Omeprazole DR, atorvastatin, citalopram, diltiazem CD, Glimepriride, Metoprolol, Metformin, .They said the death was a heart attach. Would these drugs have caused it?
