Do Birth Control Pills Cause Extreme Fatigue And Nausea?

Have a friend that for some reason she feels nausia and very tired she has been taking the birth pill for 7 days know and she has barely been feeling this way as of 3 days ago. what is the best thing that i can give her as an option? should she stop taking the pill?

Your friends symptoms may be due to the birth control pills she is taking. Actually these pills are advantageous with few side effects . It includes,
Nausea & vomiting
Stomach upset
Spotting inbetween periods
Breast swelling or tenderness
weight gain
Mood changes
headaches and migraine.

Usually, these side effects will reduce within few months of taking tablets. I suggest,
1. To have plain foods & avoid fried items
2. Take plenty of liquid
3. Have short meals in short breaks
If still persists, consult your near by gynaecologist for help.
