Do Both Men And Women Have Adams Apple?

Within a debate, I just told my spouse that both men and women have Adam's Apples. She completely disagreed. After showing facts and sources, she shunned them all to disbelief and said they were not creditable. I decided to just ask a doctor. I would like to know, from someone with a Ph. D in the medical field and biology if both men, and women have Adam's Apples. Regardless of the definition, do both men and women have them? - Yes or No. Please state your Doctrine and where you went to school. Thank You!

This is rally a good question most the people believes that Adam's apple is the organ that only male have it but this is not true actually the name is the reason behind this belief, actually both the male and female have go this structure the exact name (Biological or technical ) is "Laryngeal Prominence" this structure is visible in male while this is palpable in female this only diferance is there, hope this information helps you have good day.
