Do Brain Fever Patients Recover Completely?

Hi Doc .. my sister has been admitted in hospital from past 4days & Doc has told she is having Brain Fever confirming today.. but spock to her yesterday... now she is in ICU.. how good are the chances of her recovering as the doc is confirmed that she is ahving brain fever
