Do Bumps On My Shin And Tibia Cause Shrinkage In Height?

why does my height shrink so fast now within 3 hours i lose half an inch? could this be due to lack of sleep? I also realize i get some pain every so often on my shin as well as bumps along the tibia I wonder if this has to do with anything?Im 19 yrs old and i recently grew an inch within the past 3 months
