Do Burning Sensation, Abdominal Cramps And Vaginal Discharge Suggest Yeast Infection?

removed a dry tampoon and it looked like the tip was torn off and possibly left inside? I felt for it, but nothing. We were on vacation so my husband and I had a lot of sex. On the last day, I noticed a burning sensation in me and white discharge on him. He also felt like sandpaper during oral. the discharge is now gone from me, but the smell is foul. I have abdominal cramping. we also had anal, and I m feeling very full in that area with pressure. I tried to do a vaginal rinse with water to see if anything came out. I noticed some fibers, but it was a very small amount. The liquid coming out was cloudy. I felt inside my vagina but all I felt was a bulge from the rectal side. I feel like a mess. could it be rectocele (sp?) and a yeast infection? I ve been looking through the web but can t find any definitive answers of whats going on. I think there might be multiple issues??
