Do Chemotherapy Or Tamoxifin Cause White Spots In Eye?

I have just had an eye test where it was found I've got 2 white areas (exudate) in periphery and 3-4 dot/blot hemorrhages in periphery. I am recovering from breast cancer and finished chemotherapy in January. I am on tamoxifin and am also doing a clinical trial and am taking metformin too. Could any of these be the reason for the white spots? I have to go back to my optomitrist in a months time to see if there's been any change
