Do Cherries Help Treating Emphysema?

Greetings, I have had Crohns disease for 45 years, now I have Emphysema, I have also had Gout, I believe my problem is too much inflammatoin in my system. The Cherries helped my gout, I wonder could it help my Emphysema too? I a, also taking Boswellia.

I really appreciate your concern, these are the pathological conditions and it needs to be treated accordingly and separately with pharmaceutical agents and surgical intervention and nothing would be helpful beside this so better to see the doctor hope this helps.
