Do Cold, Cough And A Skin Rash Need Medical Attention?

Hi my 16 yo son has had mild cold and cough for a week. Yesterday he developed a very sore throat. Today, there are white blotches in his throat. He’s a little run down but not very. No fever. Trying to decide if I should drag him to urgent care tonight or wait till tomorrow.

You don't need to drag him to urgent care, but you should bring him tomorrow to his Familiy Doctor because he might have a bacterial infection (Streptococcus).
