Do Constant Chest Pain And Throat Irritation Confirm Diagnosis Of GERD?

I have been classified as having Gerd or Gerd symptoms, have had throat scope, nose and throat scope,colon scope etc, have constant throat dryness, swelling issues etc in throat . It used to be just a little now it seems everything I eat affects my throat. This has been going on for a year or more. Now I have constant chest pain, and throat irritation. I feel that my lungs or something are not right. Have been to many apparently trying to figure it out.... nothing other than Gerd symptoms have been established

Regurgitation of digestive foods occur.
Chest pain may occur.

Abdominal pain and cough history may present in gastroesophageal reflux disease.
Acidic test may occur in mouth.
Hiatus hernia like condition may cause reflux disease.

Endoscope and barium x ray can do for confirm a diagnosis.
