Do Delayed Periods Indicate Pregnancy?

I dont want to assume but im really eager to get pregnant again since my daughter lost last year due to eclampsia. My first pregnancy was just nothing and i didnt know that time that i was a pregnant when i started to felt a bit of dizziness and bit of nausea and my work colleague advised me to take a pregnancy test and i found out that i was at 5 weeks preggy that time, my menstrual cycle was also horrible and i experienced of bleeding for almost 2 years consecutive (not everyday but theres apart) and the last period i experienced before i get pregnant was like i felt ill become menopause before my blood shed like a volcano erruption and theres a lot of small and big clots!. I lost hope and visited my doctor 2 days after i experienced the horrible thing. My doctor scheduled an appointment with me to take an ultrasound tomorrow and after the day begun i stopped bleeding so i decided not to go back to my OB. Since then me and my husband started to have a sex until we get married and i didnt expect that despite of what happened god gave me a hope to be a mother but he wouldnt me experienced it because as what ive said i lost my daughter... Well thats my story and today this month of July. I downloaded an app called My Period and as what app promised it will give me an exact date of ovulation. I followed an app. June 25 was the first day of my period and lasted July 1st, my period lasted always 7 days and good thing everything went back to normal since i gave birth. Based on my app my ovulation date was June 9 and we started to have sex at 7 and 8. And i was also expecting my AF arrival at 23rd and untill now no AF!, I took pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative based on my calculation i am 22 DPO now. Im really wondering if i am a pregnant or not. Sorry long story. Hope i could get an answer
