Do Delayed Periods With Breast Tenderness And Cramps Indicate Pregnancy?

I always feel dizzy, im experiencing breast tenderness and cramps. Also, im having vaginal discharge. The first day of my last period was feb. 5 so im expecting my period 7th of march but until now i havent got my period. Is this normal or i might be pregnant? Thanks

I have read your question fully and understand your concerns.
From what you have written about breast tenderness, dizziness, abdominal cramps and delayed period there is a possible chance of pregnancy. You are almost 2 weeks past the date of your period. You could do a urine pregnancy test to confirm. If positive, then you are pregnant.

If the test is negative, then it means you are not pregnant and your period is just delayed. 1-2 delayed periods are normal even in a woman who had regular periods before. You could wait for a further couple of weeks to see if your period will come on its own. Alternatively you could see your doctor who may prescribe you a progesterone pill like norethisterone 5 mg 2-3 times/day for 1 week to bring your period.
