Do Delayed Periods With Slight Spotting Be Signs Of Implantation ?

Doctor,ma period is on one week due that is coming 28th,yesterday i got some spotting(one drop was red then later was brown) in morning later it got vanish.am trying to get pregnant! so it may be a sign of implatation? i need to travel(nearly 60 kms) for coming saturday,whether i can travel or not? if i travel will it affect in anyway? or before that is there any home pregnancy test to do ?

Hi, thanks for using HCM..
I understand your concern.. Spotting in and around the expected period can be implantation bleed when the fertilised ovum get implanted in uterus.. Get a pregnancy test with early morning urine sample.. Two lines indicate positive pregnancy.. get a hcg to see the gestational age. If hcg>1500, scan can be done to see for intrauterine gestational sac.
It would be better to avoid journey at this stage especially long journey's in car. There is no proven clinical trial done to support that travelling might cause abortion. Hope i have answered your queries. good day.
