Hello,

Since you have history of OCD, it can impact your memory and cause recalling problems. OCD is accompanied with anxiety and stress. Avoid stress both emotional and physical as it can affect memory retrieval. It also impacts the ability to perform tasks and responsibilities. Physical exercises & walking will help to improve the mood, ease symptoms of anxiety and depression, and it boosts the overall brain's health.

Lack of sleep impacts memory. You are advised to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. When you get better sleep, you might begin to notice anxiety symptoms, including memory loss, begin to ease. Get connected to a physical therapist. Breathing exercises and meditation techniques also help to improve memory problems. Cognitive impairment can be treated with therapy. Get clinically examined by a local GP.,

Get treated any medical condition that may affect your memory like mood disorders, migraine, Do not suppress emotions it can trigger memory loss. Include food that boost your brain naturally like fatty fish, nuts, dark chocolates, eggs, oranges, green tea, turmeric, coffee, pumpkin seeds, etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
