Do Diarrhea, Headache And Lethargy Indicate Norovirus Infection?

Hi I ve had severe diahorra , headache, very lethargic for 4 days Had Imodium and plenty water as felt too ill to eat as felt sick but not been sick This afernoon it s seems to have stopped The only place I visited within 2weeks was doctors to re bandage my knee after knee op week before but this started 3 days later Can this be norovirus? If so what s best thing to do afterwards-like eating etc?

It can be a viral infection.

Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.

You can take an antibiotic for symptomatic relief.
