Do Digoxin And Metoprolol Cause Tiredness?

Due to rapid heart rate a year ago i was put on digoxin and metoporol and this past December i was hospitialized with a pulmonary embolism and am now taking blood thinners as well. I feel tired and shaky all the time is this just symptoms of all the medicine they have me on?
