Do Dizzy Spells, Mood Swings And Sore Nipples Indicate Pregnancy?

I m a 28 year old woman, and lately I ve had some unusual symptoms. Dizzy spells to the point I have to just lie down for a while, very sore nipples,constipaion, and extreme emotions, and an overall yuck feeling from time to time. None of these things are normal for me and I m wondering if I might be pregnant?

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If you have a history of unprotected intercourse and delayed periods, then these symptoms are very much suggestive of pregnancy.
I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done and get appropriate treatment.
