Do Early Pregnancy Symptoms And Spotting Indicate Pregnancy?

Hello , last month I missed my period. I have pregnancy symptoms like sore breast, mood swings, lower back pains, etc. But, yesterday (8/17/2014) I had brown spotting same size as a nickle maybe a little bigger but today its red and it feels like a period is there a chance of pregnancy ?

1.Symptoms and signs are not enough to confirm the pregnancy.
2.Yes all above symptoms are seen in pregnancy and also in some females they are seen in the cycle time and before.
3.Get an urine pregnancy test done, it will help in confirmation of the presence of pregnancy.
4.Since you are saying of bleed - viability of pregnancy can be checked by a ultrasound scan.
5.Get an appointment and get scanned - further need flu treatment and care can be taken.
