Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Dear normal ESR values are: Negative Pregnancy Adult: 0 to 20 mm/h Pregnancy Trimester One: 4 to 57 mm/h Pregnancy Trimester Two: 7 to 47 mm/h Pregnancy Trimester Three: 13 to 70 mm/h. Recent research demonstrates that erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) increases during pregnancy. Also, both gestational age and hemoglobin concentration significantly influence ESR. It is helpful in detecting the presence of inflammation and its response to treatment. It is influenced by anemia. For anemic women, it may be still high. If inflammation is associated with elevated with pregnancy then pregnancy outcome may not good. please consult your gynecologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
